Ayecha Mission: |
We increase awareness of Jewish Diversity through training, curricula, and programming. We support, strengthen, and advocate for Jews of Color and multi-racial families in the U.S.

Ayecha Vision: |
We develop subsidized and sellable educational resources that can be offered to educators, lay-leaders, rabbis, and outreach professionals seeking to increase Jewish Diversity awareness and promote inclusive Jewish community. We train national Ayecha facilitators to teach Jewish inclusion and anti-Racism strategies. We promote leadership among Jews of Color by providing and creating connections for training, educational enrichment, and placement opportunities within mainstream Jewish institutions. We create a supportive community for Jews of Color through a newsletter, database, and website that contradict isolation and serve as a networking tool, informational resource, and connector between individuals and communities. We provide support and advocacy to Jews of Color in Jewish educational institutions. We host community education events and retreats that connect Jewish life and tradition to themes of Jewish Diversity and inclusion. |
